Saving Lives Through Better Trauma Education
ITLS Northern Lights Chapter is Canada's chapter of International Trauma Life Support, delivering advanced, evidence-based trauma education to civilian, military, law enforcement, fire, EMS, nursing, physician, and remote healthcare professionals from coast to coast to coast.
We are more than a training company. We are a professional trauma education organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes through world-class education grounded in current trauma science.
Taught by people who have done the work
Our instructors are experienced paramedics, emergency physicians, trauma nurses, military medics, tactical medicine professionals, firefighters, and emergency responders. They teach from real operational experience — in the back of a truck, in an emergency department, on a flight deck, and downrange.

Our commitment
Trauma remains a leading cause of death for Canadians under 45. Every link in the chain of survival matters — from the bystander applying a tourniquet to the trauma team in a Level 1 centre. Our work is to strengthen every one of those links.
